I had been working-out at the gyms for the past 16 years, until I discovered Origym.
The Origym is not just a sport, it is part of a healthy lifestyle, the same as eating well and sleeping well.
This method has allowed me to make my body function as a whole and especially to avoid back surgery. At Origym I have gained flexibility, speed, power, strength and endurance.. these skills I had lost when only accumulating unecessary body mass with body-building. I have been practising for 2 and a half years now and I have lost 10kg and made my body stronger physically but also mentally. The combination of both has allowed me to have a much better quality of life.
Since the launching of the ORIGYM project, I have been training twice a week.
This training method, has allowed me to progress in various areas, such as flexibility and the muscular development of the upper body. This was not an easy task for a footballer in his 40's.
The strengthening exercises also helped me to reduce the number of injuries. I have gained confidence in my abilities and in my will to overcome. It is a beautiful school of life which reflects in everyday life.
Thank you to Fred, Paolo and Patrizia for their advice, their accessibility and for listening. It is always a pleasure to see them after a long day's work. During the one hour training session , we empty the mind and body and start over pumped up again.
